1. We take this seriously
Our cards are blunt, profane, and made to land hard. That's the joke, and almost all of our customers send them in the spirit of friendship, dark humour, or honest venting. But our service is not a tool for harassment, stalking, or threats — and when it is used that way, we act.
If you have received a card from us that you believe crosses that line, this page explains exactly what to do and what we will do in response.
2. What counts as misuse
- Threats of violence or serious harm against you or someone you know.
- Repeated, unwanted cards after you have asked the sender to stop.
- Cards that contain non-consensual sexual content directed at you.
- Cards that target you with hate based on race, religion, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender identity, or disability.
- Cards sent as part of a coordinated harassment campaign.
- Cards that include personal information about you (address, phone number, etc.) that the sender obtained without consent.
3. How to report
Email info@cuntcards.ca with as much of the following as you can:
- A photo of the card (front and inside).
- A photo of the envelope, especially the postmark and any barcodes.
- The approximate date you received it.
- Your name and the mailing address it was sent to.
- A brief description of why you believe it's harassment (prior history with the sender, repeated mailings, threats, etc.).
You do not need to know the sender's identity. The barcode and order metadata let us identify the order on our side.
4. What we do when we receive a report
- We acknowledge every abuse report within 24 hours.
- We investigate by reviewing the order, the message, and the sender's history with our service.
- If the report is credible, we permanently ban the sender account and the payment method on file.
- We add the sender to our internal block list so they cannot place new orders to your address.
- We cooperate fully with law enforcement and legal process, including providing sender identity in response to a valid subpoena or court order.
5. Do-not-mail requests
If you simply do not want to receive any cards from our service in the future — even ones that wouldn't otherwise be classed as misuse — email info@cuntcards.ca with your full mailing address. We will add it to our suppression list and refuse any future order targeting that address.
6. Emergency situations
If you believe you are in immediate physical danger, please contact local emergency services first. Once you are safe, send the abuse report to us so we can take action on the account and assist with any law enforcement follow-up.
