Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the cuntcards.ca website and the card-printing and mailing service operated by Cunt Cards Inc. ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order or using the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Acceptable Use Policy below.

If you do not agree, do not place an order. We may update these Terms from time to time; the version in effect at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.

You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. Our cards contain strong language and adult themes and are not intended for minors. By placing an order you represent that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction.

We print greeting cards on premium stock, add your selected message, and mail them on your behalf to the recipient address you provide. You can choose to send anonymously (no return address, no sender details) or signed.

Once an order has entered production it cannot be edited or cancelled. See the Refund Policy for details.

You agree NOT to use our service to:

• Harass, threaten, stalk, intimidate, or incite violence against any person.
• Send messages that are defamatory, sexually explicit toward a non-consenting recipient, or that constitute hate speech against a protected class.
• Send to anyone who has informed you, us, or any authority that they do not wish to receive mail from you.
• Impersonate another person or business.
• Include personally identifying information about third parties (addresses, phone numbers, etc.) inside the card body.
• Send to addresses you do not have a legitimate reason to use, including addresses scraped or obtained without consent.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or refund any order at our sole discretion if we believe it violates this policy or applicable law. See the Harassment & Misuse Reporting Policy.

All prices are listed in US dollars and are inclusive of card, printing, envelope, and basic handling. Shipping is added at checkout. Payment is processed by PayPal; we never see or store your card details.

An order is confirmed only once payment has cleared. We may refuse any order or limit quantities at our discretion.

Shipping terms, timeframes, and carrier responsibility are described in our Shipping Policy. While we make every effort to dispatch quickly, delivery times depend on the postal carrier and are not guaranteed.

When you select "Anonymous", we strip every reference to you from the envelope and card. We do not share your identity with the recipient under normal circumstances.

However: we may disclose your identity if compelled by valid legal process (subpoena, court order), or if we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to prevent imminent harm or to comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. See our Privacy Policy.

All card designs, artwork, copy, and branding are owned by Cunt Cards Inc. and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, resell, or redistribute our card designs without written permission. Any text you submit as a custom message remains yours, but you grant us a non-exclusive license to print, ship, and store it for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of any order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including damages to relationships, reputation, or emotional well-being arising from a card being received as intended.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cunt Cards Inc., its officers, employees, and contractors, from any claim, damage, or expense (including legal fees) arising out of (i) your breach of these Terms, (ii) the content of any custom message you submit, or (iii) your use of the service in violation of any law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
