1. Order processing time
Orders are printed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment clearing. Orders placed on weekends or holidays enter the queue the next business day.
2. Standard shipping
Our default option. Flat-rate, tracked, in a plain, professionally packaged envelope with no return address (when sent anonymously).
- Canada: 3–6 business days after dispatch.
- United States: 5–8 business days after dispatch.
- UK, EU, Australia, New Zealand: 8–15 business days after dispatch.
- Rest of world: 10–25 business days after dispatch.
3. Express shipping
Available on request for domestic and many international destinations. Express orders are typically delivered in 1–3 business days (Canada/US) or 3–7 business days (international), tracked end-to-end.
To upgrade an order to express, choose the express option at checkout where available, or email info@cuntcards.ca with your order number within 1 hour of placing the order. Express shipping charges vary by destination and weight; we'll quote you before processing.
4. Tracking
Every order ships with a tracking number. You'll receive a confirmation email with the tracking link as soon as the carrier scans the package. Tracking visibility can be limited or delayed for international parcels after they leave the country of origin — this is normal.
5. International orders
We ship worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the sender or recipient (depending on the carrier's policy in that country) and are not included in our shipping charge.
6. Postal delays disclaimer
Delivery times are estimates from the postal carrier, not guarantees from us. Once a package is in the hands of the carrier, factors outside our control can affect transit time:
- Weather events and natural disasters.
- Carrier strikes, slowdowns, or staffing shortages.
- Customs inspections at international borders.
- Holiday-season backlogs (especially mid-November through January).
- Incorrect or incomplete recipient addresses.
If your card has not arrived after the upper end of the estimated window plus 5 additional business days, please contact us. See our Refund Policy for what happens when an order is confirmed lost or undeliverable.
7. Address accuracy
You are responsible for providing a correct and complete recipient address. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to a wrong address, we will contact you to confirm the corrected address and re-mail it for the cost of return-shipping. We cannot refund orders that fail to deliver due to address errors.
